If you were to ask me what his artwork talks about I would not be able to tell you. But this doesn’t mean it is not speaking. … It asks me to be near. To come closer and look longer or to come back tomorrow and look again. The work whispers ‘Be with me.’
There’s magic on every corner in New York
Hello again, Fall Enthusiasts! To begin your autumn adventures, step on an extra crispy leaf and head on over to the E train! You’ll be whisked off to the Queens County Farm Museum, where they offer an a-MAZE-zing (forgive me for that pun) 3-acre corn maze, overflowing with clues and puzzles you must solve in order to emerge from the corn stalks. Bring home your favorite pumpkin from their expansive pumpkin patch, hydrate yourself with authentic apple cider all day, and pet a goat or ride a pony at their farm! http://www.queensfarm.org/index.html
If anyone is interested in what’s up in New York in the fall follow Ashley’s “Up and Autumn” adventures over on the teacherscollegeadmissions Tumblr! Lots of fun things to check out :)
Read as much as you can. Nothing will help you as much as reading.

As a resident of New York City, make sure you plan some study breaks to enjoy the wonderful fall festivities offered during the upcoming months. As your Welcome Center Coordinator, I’d love to share with you some of my personal favorite ways to enjoy this season in NYC!
